First endo 11 years ago due to caries. 4 years before patient complained of discoloration then bleaching with H2O2 was done. Actually the bleaching technique is not exactly known, it was walking method for sure
Patient presented with sinus tract and discomfort in area of 1.1 (8) Sinus tract leaded to cervical part with typical notch
after access and restoration removal I found perf of distal wall full of bleeding granulation tissue
partial desobturation and calcium hydroxide dressing was done. 3 days later patient called and said thad sinus tract disappeared. Next visit I completed BMI and one week more dressing. No longer sinus tract appeared
Perforation view in the beginning and in the end of the second visit.
Perf was closed with BC putty and cana was obturated with WVC. Hope it stops the resorption otherwise I will have to raise the flap and clean it surgically
First time recall – 3 months. No complaints, no sinus tract, no tenderness to percussion and palpation.
