Lower incisor with CAP 18 years after trauma (by Ilya Mer)

This patient was sent to my clinic because his dentist has noticed a sinus tract against a lower incisor. Patient himself never felt any discomfort in that area. Clinically teeth looked with no signs of damage. PA film showed huge periradicular lesion around of tooth #4.2 and a small  periapical rarefaction on #41’s  apex. Both teeth have had obliteration of root canal system. Tooth#41 looked complete calcified. Du ring conversation with the patient the history of car  incident in 2006 has been cleared. Two appointments protocol.
