Central-lateral dilemma solved by endodontic approach (by Ilya Mer)

The term “central-lateral dilemma” was borrowed from the lecture of one of the most  brilliant speakers  in a field of Periodontics Dr Maurice Salama. Missing of  two incisors – central and lateral creates huge difficulty for both perio and prosthodontist to make good aesthetic restoration. Just wanted to show my way to solve this dilemma.

These are central and lateral incisors suferring from apical perforations with intracanal posts, and apical periodontitis
These are central and lateral incisors suferring from apical perforations with intracanal posts, and apical periodontitis.  The patient came to my office with two temporary crowns and posts taken out of root cnalas probably because lack of adhesion. What done was one visit orthograde endotreatment  with MTA apical plugs. I used the same posts for temporary retention of the crowns.
Today I was very glad to see the result after more 2 years since the obturation.
