Patient was sent to my clinic to reevaluate RC filling of 36 and 37 (19 and 18) before a new restoration been done. Both teeth were treated about 5 years ago and didn’t hurt the patient

X-rays showed PAL at least on mesial root of the first molar and osteosclerosis on the apical zone of the second one
After the old restorations were removed orifices of canal investigated. At least half of the volume of RC filling consisted of decontaminated paste and necrotic tissues, thus NSRCT was indicated at both teeth.
